Cardano (ADA) is one of the best altcoins for investment, promising long-term portfolio growth and ROI. However, the SEC’s crackdown might stop the fulfillment of the promise. Similarly, Dogecoin’s (DOGE) charm has reduced due to the presence of bad actors. Experts say BorroeFinance ($ROE) is the only token likely to deliver massive ROI in the next few weeks. Let’s delve in to see expert forecasts and opinions.

ADA Founder Takes a Swipe at BTC Following Crackdown

In 2023, the US Department of Justice and SEC investigated some top altcoins like Cardano and their executives for offenses bordering on trading unregistered securities to outright criminal activities.

Recently, Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson said there’s no difference between BTC and cryptos like ADA according to the Howey test. The Cardano founder also said Bitcoin doesn’t pass the test because it did not do an ICO or incorporate.

Furthermore, the Cardano founder accused the SEC of ignoring Bitcoin. On the market front, ADA remained resilient and surged in November.

On November 1, ADA traded for $0.2943. ADA gained 26.46% four weeks later and sold for $0.3722 on November 28. Cardano investors and other experts predict ADA will sell for $0.55 in December due to Coinbase’s recent approval for an ADA-PERP futures contract.

$ROE For Double-Digit Price Surge as Second Presale Stage Draws to an End

When savvy investors start raising funds for a new crypto platform, it means the project has a high potential for success. This same logic applies to BorroeFinance ($ROE), and investors raised over $1.45 million for the project after discovering that BorroeFinance aims to decentralize web3 fundraising. BorroeFinance is an AI-powered fundraising platform that allows web3 businesses to raise instant cash by selling future digital earnings.

$ROE has completed 96% of its second presale stage, and the token is selling for $0.015. In a few days, $ROE will enter its third presale stage, gain 16.7%, and sell for $0.0175. Luckily, early $ROE investors will enjoy a massive 167% surge when $ROE sells for $0.04 at the end of the presale stages in 2024.

DOGE Ranges in Late November

Dogecoin is the most popular meme coin in the world, and there’s always an influx of new investors buying DOGE.

On November 27, Mishaboar, a top Dogecoin developer, took to X to warn beginner cryptocurrency traders. Mishaboar warned new Dogecoin investors never to send money to influencers promising access to ‘special Dogecoin channels’ on Telegram.

DOGE has been relatively quiet in November, and the token ranged in the last week of November. On November 21, DOGE traded for $0.0773.

A week later, DOGE recorded a slight 0.26% gain, and the token traded for $0.0776. Dogecoin’s perpetual futures contract is set to go live on Coinbase international platforms by November 30, and experts believe this will push DOGE’s price to $0.088 by December.
