Optimism (OP) recently partnered with Coinbase on its new Base Layer-2 network. A few days ago, they published a revenue and governance sharing agreement that led to a minor price surge for Optimism (OP).
However, investors are betting on Borroe ($ROE) in Q3 2023. This platform raised $250,000 in the presale beta stage and is currently in its first public presale stage. Find out why investors think Borroe ($ROE) is the best crypto to buy right now, exceeding even the well-established Optimism (OP) token.

Optimism (OP) Expands Partnership with Coinbase
On August 24, 2023, Optimism (OP) network and Coinbase exchange revealed a revenue-sharing and governance-sharing agreement for the newly launched layer-2 Base network. Coinbase also revealed a list of ‘principles of neutrality’ that they will follow to prevent Base from becoming centralized. According to the agreement, Base’s smart contract can only be upgraded with a two-of-two multi-signature wallet account.
Coinbase controls the first signature through Base, while Optimism (OP) Foundation controls the second one through Optimism’s (OP) network. This arrangement means that the Base network cannot be upgraded without permission from the Optimism (OP) Foundation and vice versa.
Also, the agreement allows top altcoins to use Optimism’s (OP) stack and become part of the Superchain governance. There will be representatives from all chains, and they will form the security council tasked with monitoring the ecosystem.
Optimism (OP) withstood the crypto market crash in August due to this positive ecosystem development. Analysts say Optimism (OP) may record an extended bull run in the second half of 2023. Yet, chances are, it will be a no-match for Borroe’s triple-digit surge.
