California is definitely a vibrant place when it comes to virtual reality arcades. They have quite a few locations at people’s disposal, as we discussed in part I and II of this series. In this final part, we will highlight three more locations potentially worth checking out. Do keep in mind virtual reality is still in the early stages of development, and the staff on hand may need time to address specific issues.
3. VR Territory Los Angeles
Not to be confused with the other VR Territory arcade we touched upon recently, the venue in Los Angeles is quite different. It is close four days of the week, though, but it seems to get a lot of positive reviews for their venture into virtual technology right now. VR Territory LA is located at 734 S. Main St, and seems to offer a very large collection of games. It is good to see more locations pay attention to VR, that much is certain.
2. LA VIrtual Reality
Glendale, California also has its own virtual reality arcade. This particular venue has some of those most intriguing facilities you will ever see. One particular experience lets users sit in a Huevito egg, which moves around to create an immersive experience.Interactive motion chairs and 360-degree VR headsets will definitely create some fun and unique experiences. This location is designed for both adults and children and is accessible seven days a week.
1. Escape to Virtual Reality
Last but not least, we have yet another location in Los Angeles. Located on 155 W Washington Boulevard, Ste 711, Escape to Virtual Reality focuses on providing a large-scale VR gaming platform. There are multiplayer capabilities to take advantage of, as well as a fully wireless experience. Moreover, the company supports developers interesting in experimenting with VR creations through their open source development kit.
