It is evident VR technology can be used for different purposes. Creative individuals will have a field day with this technology moving forward. Google Blocks is a very viable tool in this regard, as it effectively allows for the creation of unique environments. For some reason, it seems like an application a lot of people tend to overlook.

The Concept of Google Blocks

As the name somewhat suggests, Google Blocks is a creative tool for the virtual reality industry. Creative users can effectively create the building blocks for their own VR creations. Although it is somewhat similar to using Paint or basic Photoshop, there is no prior knowledge required to find your way in Google Blocks.

It is also worth pointing out how this application is completely free of charge. It effectively lets anyone build their own VR experiences, although it is not exactly easy to do so from day one. That is also what makes Google Blocks so much fun, as it allows you to explore the creative side of virtual reality in any way, shape, or form.

As is always the case, some creations will be a lot more professional compared to others. Tools like these are primarily designed to get people more excited about VR content creation, as well as sharing inspiration with people from all over the world. Users interested in this application will need a Vive controller or Oculus Touch to use it, though.

Glossing over Google’s dedicated page for Google Blocks creations, it is evident there are quite a few talented people out there. All of these creations can easily be imported into your own designs to create a more versatile experience. Some users create fully immersive environments with this tool, and we can only hope to see more people take this approach.
